📜 Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before utilizing the services offered by Intlexpress. By using our services, you agree to abide by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Services
1.1 Scope of Service: Intlexpress is a logistics and shipping service provider offering domestic and international courier, cargo, and express delivery services. We utilize third-party carriers to execute the transportation.
1.2 User Agreement: Services should only be used after agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our specific shipping guidelines.
2. Shipment and Packaging
2.1 Accurate Description: The customer is responsible for accurately providing all shipment details, including contents, weight, dimensions, and declared value. The customer will be liable for any delays, penalties, or additional charges resulting from inaccurate information.
2.2 Prohibited Items: The customer warrants that the shipment does not contain any restricted or prohibited items (e.g., hazardous materials, flammable substances, illegal goods, currency, or any item prohibited by national or international law). Intlexpress reserves the right to refuse or seize such items.
2.3 Packaging: The customer is solely responsible for packaging the shipment securely to withstand transport without damage.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Rates: Pricing for services will be quoted on our website or confirmed at the time of booking. Rates are based on the shipment’s weight, dimensions, and destination.
3.2 Additional Charges: In addition to the base charge, the customer is responsible for the payment of all applicable ancillary charges, including Custom Duties, Taxes, Storage Charges, and unexpected handling fees. If Intlexpress pays these charges upfront, the customer must reimburse us immediately.
3.3 Payment: All payments must be completed either before the use of the service or before delivery, as stated in the invoice.
4. Liability and Insurance
4.1 Limitation of Liability: In the event of loss or damage to a shipment, Intlexpress’s liability shall be limited by international conventions (such as the Warsaw or Montreal Conventions, whichever applies) and the carrier’s standard terms. This liability limit is generally restricted to the shipment’s declared value or the standard carrier limit, whichever is lower.
4.2 Insurance: We strongly recommend that customers purchase additional insurance coverage for their shipments. If insurance is not purchased, liability will be strictly limited to the standard limit mentioned in Clause 4.1.
4.3 Delays: Intlexpress provides estimated transit times but does not guarantee delivery times. We are not liable for any consequential losses or loss of profits caused by transportation delays.
5. Claims Process
5.1 Damage or Loss: In the event of loss or damage, the customer must notify Intlexpress in writing within 7 days of the delivery date.
5.2 Required Documentation: All claims must be submitted with mandatory supporting documentation, including proof of damage (photos), original invoices, and shipping documents.
